Teresa Murphy
Teresa Murphy is a 32-year Information Technology veteran. She started back in 1977 in the IBM punched-card days and has been at the top of the biggest and best software application company in the world--SAP. Ten years ago she needed to create a website and taught herself HTML and mastered viral marketing long before it became a buzzword.
The unique combination of skills and talent that Teresa taps into allows her to deliver incredible value and benefits to her clients far beyond what they thought they were getting! Customer Service is practically a religion to her.
In the early years--after a successful IT management career in the IBM midrange market--Teresa started her own technical writing/desktop publishing firm called Promier (in the late 1980's). She was featured in IBM's Profit Magazine as a rising entrepreneur. From there, she joined SAP as a Presales Engineer, becoming the #2 Presales Engineer in this multi-billion dollar software company in 1998. As a presales engineer, Teresa honed her skills at very quickly understanding a wide variety of business models across a broad spectrum of industries. Presales engineers must be adept at not only understanding the issues at hand, they are responsible for configuring solutions to present back to the prospect that demonstrate significant value. This is a potent ability which she has readily adapted to the internet marketplace.
After moving on in SAP to becoming a Global Account Executive, the dot.com bug bit and it was off to new adventures--always in software applications, sales, marketing and management. During this time, she happened to inherit a pet guinea pig--which turned into multiple guinea pigs--and started a guinea pig rescue. She's now a very well known figure in the "guinea pig world" and manages the largest and most referenced guinea pig sites on the internet. She's been featured on all the major news networks and is quoted in books and magazines. She has mastered the techniques of market penetration, viral marketing and grass roots campaigns--and leverages this experience and talent for her clients.
Originally from Upstate New York, Teresa lives and works in San Mateo, California -- the San Francisco Bay Area.

Currently, while Teresa is the key person at Cloudwise Consulting, she has established business relationships with a number of other firms that she leverages on an as-needed basis. This allows Teresa to keep costs and overhead low and pass on the savings to her clients.
